My Story

From a young age, personal growth and career success fascinated me. I committed my early career to climbing the corporate ladder, taking on bigger roles and receiving promotions with top-tier consulting firms and Fortune 200 companies, eventually rising to lead a global HR program. On paper, I was successful. Yet, at the peak of this success, I felt emptiness and kept waiting to feel a sense of fulfillment, but I realized things would never change unless I did something radically different.

I embarked on a mission to unlock the mindset, traits, habits, and frameworks that high performers leverage to step into their power and unlock careers of deep purpose and success. What I found is that high performance at work not only requires the right performance strategies, branding, and tactics, but also a deep alignment with your core values, mindset, and habits outside of the office as well.

Today, I guide career professionals, like you, to get unstuck and become great leaders. Together, we’ll develop strategies to achieve your goals and identify what’s holding you back. My coaching framework blends neuroscience, self-mastery techniques, and career strategies and tactics drawn from my experience as a senior search executive and human resources leader.

I help you unlock your highest potential, lead a purpose-driven life, and build a career that deeply fulfills you, from the inside out.
